Assistant to the management – focus on strategic corporate development (m/f/d)

As an assistance, you will accompany the management of internal and external meetings – both in Germany and worldwide – and will get in-depth insights into various areas of strategic management. You support strategic and operational topics, both in day-to-day business and in projects. In addition to your analytical skills, your expertise is also required. With a well-founded expertise, you contribute important impulses for investment and further strategy planning. You form the interface between management, individual business areas and external partners. Organized assist classically: You coordinate appointments, prepare meetings before and after, or conduct preliminary discussions on different topics.

You are a graduate (w/m/d) of a business-oriented field of study – such as Business Administration, International Management, Business Administration, etc. In addition, you have first professional experience – like sales, corporate management or as a consultant for an audit or consulting company. Ideally, you are already familiar with the steel industry. You have the ability to reduce the burden of others: You keep the threads in your hands, control the flow of information efficiently, set the right priorities and keep an overview of high work. For the accompaniment of dates, you bring time flexibility and joy in high travel activities, even beyond Germany. In our internationally operating company, you take on a communicative interface function – in addition to German, your English is fluent (in word and writing), we are pleased with another language. You can master your craftsmanship for this administrative and structural role: IT-assisted data processing, digital presentation techniques and pronounced media competence.
