Local HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

The position includes the full staff support along the employee-life cycle, taking into account labour and social security law, as well as other relevant laws, collective agreements and business agreements, directives and internal instructions. You are also responsible for the continuous process optimization within the responsible care area. This includes:

Advising executives in national personnel topics, in coordination with the Global HR Business partners, to synchronize personnel strategies with global business goals Implementation of Recruiting Processes incl. Contract negotiations in close cooperation with the Recruiting Team Implementation and supervision of personnel Responsibility of co-determination-relevant topics in the field of care Participation in planning, control and monitoring of personal economic parameters Management or participation in internal HR projects

You have a successfully completed business studies - with the highest possible focus on staff - or a social science study with BWL knowledge; we are also important: Professional experience in the role of a HR Business Partner and in cooperation with works councils Embossed contact and team skills Communication strength, diplomatic skill and enforcement combined with cost awareness and high commitment and self-initiative Very good English language skills and MS Office and ideally SAP HR skills Affinity for process and digitization topics and an openness for various HR project topics
