• In your role as a junior company manager (m/w/d), you support the management of our customer and banking portfolio taking into account earnings and risk. A structured incorporation prepares you to gradually take over the self-sponsored support of your own customers or alternatively to specialize in the expert path without direct customer responsibility in the structuring, risk analysis and credit topics.
• You cooperate with our (Senior) supervisors and senior managers in customer planning, research relevant information and create presentations as well as documentation for preparing customer appointments.
• They prepare customer talks and work together with our experts in developing demand-oriented product solutions.
• You process the day-to-day operating business and are responsible for borrowing, investment and overdrafting as well as for the installation and management of business partner data.
• They communicate independently with corporate customers and accompany ongoing customer requests, evaluate existing data and interact both in the credit request process and in the care of MS Dynamicsund DZ Planner.

• Successful study of the business economy or a comparable subject or completed bank training
• First professional practice in corporate customer business or in a product range related to corporate customer business
• Basic understanding of the credit business, capital market products and the product portfolio of a bank
• routine in financial and balance sheet analysis, balance sheet management and insight into the cooperative financial group or the competitive environment
• Safe to use MS Office
• Very good German in word and writing as well as safe English in word and writing
