You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the operational, international freight forwarding department at your location In addition, you are the regional specialist management of the international freight forwarding departments at the other two locations You are responsible for ensuring uniform structures and implementing the strategy and work closely with our international management For your region, you are responsible for the further development of international business and your teams and create synergies between your locations This includes the active distribution of services and the conduct of negotiations with customers and suppliers Proactively analyze the individual processes and carry out continuous improvement measures In addition, you ensure compliance with legally valid regulations and introduce your expertise in project work

Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or can demonstrate a comparable training/studies in the field of transport and logistics You have already gained well-founded professional experience in the international field of a forwarding company and ideally brings sales experience in developing and developing customer relationships with You have already gained first experience in managing and developing staff To your strengths you count an excellent communication and team skills, a sovereign appearance and creativity with solution orientation You bring very good English skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality with A comprehensive income and cost understanding adds your profile
