What do you expect? Our Supply Chain Management Trainee (SMT) program is one: 6-month program with start in August 2026 Three different projects, 4–6 weeks each, within the country As a junior talent you develop your leadership, project and general management skills and gain a 360° view into our supply chain You learn according to the 70-20-10 approach for learning & development: 70 % Learning on the Job, 20 % Learning through Exchange & Cooperation, 10 % Training Your site is our breweries or logistics sites, where you will gather practical experience in the production of beers we are known for. You will learn about the technical and practical challenges of various areas – including logistics, quality, packaging, brewery

Who are we looking for? We are looking for people with a strong problem-solving and result orientation that are really looking for a career in supply, logistics and procurement. You want to optimize processes and take responsibility? Then you fit perfectly with us – especially if you have already gained first leadership experience, whether inside or outside the university. Requirements: You acquired a Bachelor, Master or equivalent degree before September 2026 (and no longer than two years before) Ideally in one of the following fields of study: engineering (preferably chemistry, mechanical engineering, production or electrical engineering), natural sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry, biosciences), brewing or food sciences or supply chain You have a maximum of 4 years of professional experience (practice, training, volunteer activities and student jobs are not included) Flowing English is required as well as good, advanced knowledge of the respective language of the country in which you apply. ; You have a valid permanent residence and work permit in the respective application country During the 6-month programme and beyond, it may be necessary to travel within the application country and across Europe We are looking for: Junior talents.
