COO Office Mandatory Internship (m/f/d)

As a COO Office mandatory intern*in you work directly with the Chief Operating Officer every day. You are his right hand, structural and analytical reinforcement – in the middle of all the company's operational, strategic and organizational topics. This role is for high potentials who love operating depth, numbers, processes and structure. You accompany the COO in almost all meetings, prepare topics, analyze them and help develop the entire operational setup of Montamo.

1. Close cooperation with COO Structure & preparation of all meetings of COO Preparation including to-dos, follow-ups and implementation checks Structure of its topics, priorities and strategic initiatives Preparation of CEO–COO strategy meetings
2. KPI control & data analysis Care and further development of Operational KPI dashboards Creation of analyses, forecasts and models in Excel/Google Sheets Daily and weekly KPI evaluations for operations Performance Reviews and Site Analysis Support
3. Location interface & Dailies Preparation and preparation of daily Dailies with Operations Managers Detection of clear measures Support for rollout of new processes and tools Accompanying operational topics at all three locations (Munich, Stuttgart, Cologne)
4. Process optimization & efficiency enhancement Analysis of existing operational processes Identification of Bottlenecks Development of concrete proposals for improvement Support of implementation in cooperation with the sites
5. Department organization & operational structural work Support in the areas: Academy Installation department Central planning Location teams

Working with team reviews, sprint planning and organizational design

Must-Haves Compulsory internship in the course of studies in BWL, Management, VWL, Business Informatics, Logistics/Operations Very strong Excel or Google Sheets Skills Very structured and proper functioning Analytical thinking & KPI orientation German C2 (unnegotiable) High reliability, organised operation, clear communication Joy of operational work, numbers and process logic Nice-to-Haves Internships in Top Tier Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) Startup experience Very good PowerPoint shots First experience in operations, process management or analytics

Working methods and travel requirements 5-day office policy: full time in the Berlin HQ (no remote/hybrid). Readiness to travel: about 1 week a month to our locations in Munich, Stuttgart or Cologne – together with the COO to accompany operational topics on site.
