Contract & Claim Manager (m/f/d)

The position is located in our Contract & Claim Management department (currently about 4 employees). As Contract & Claim Manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in the processing and management of HOAI-based contracts and damage cases at the Bremen or Munich sites.

Damage management & regulation: Examination and processing of claims in engineering contracts according to HOAI, including negotiations and dispute settlement in case of performance deviations or cost exceedings. Contract management: creation, testing and adaptation of contracts taking into account HOAI and German contract law. Honorary & Cost Control: Advice on HOAI hosties, support in cost forecasts and control during the project. Dispute settlement: Central point of contact for the clarification of contractual disputes in the HOAI context. Documentation & Reporting: Creating reports and ensuring complete documentation for internal and legal purposes. Communication & Cooperation: Close coordination with project teams, legal department and external partners to ensure smooth processes. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Transfer of Best Practices in Contract and Damage Management to Project Teams

Complete study in the field of law, civil management, economic law, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in contract and/or damage management, ideally related to HOAI Knowledge in German Contract Law (especially HOAI and BGB) Ability to manage multiple contracts Binding appearance, negotiation skills, team skills Analytical thinking, care and accuracy Conflict resolution very good German and English skills (min. C1)
