These are your tasks As part of the MBS leadership team and as an important partner:in your market director They actively shape the further development and success of the branch director Potsdam Stadtmitte and the private customer sales in general For your area of responsibility, ensure the best possible and need-oriented advice and support for our customers: your team will make sure that the necessary concepts and instruments are optimally used. With a target group-oriented approach and persuasive power, you are constantly gaining new customers:inside, maintain your business relationships and represent the MBS and our product portfolio to the outside The personal and professional development of your team members is at your heart, for example through regular personnel development talks, coaching and targeted promotion You support your team by caring for selected customers and, if necessary, incorporating specialists from other disciplines They are in constant exchange, both within your own team and across areas with the executives of the sales, staff and operating areas. We wish Sparkassen- or Bankfachwirt/-in or a completed degree from Banking & Finance Extensive experience and knowledge in savings banks Min. 3 years of leadership experience in the sales environment Insufficient experience in private customer business as well as technical and methodological knowledge to exploit the potentials along the entire sales process A personality characterized by openness, progressiveness, communication strength and awareness of responsibility both to employees and executives Strong interest in handling digital media and technical tools as well as good media consulting skills You can expect from us An annual salary between 57,000 – 90,000 Euro (TVöD-S, E12), tailored to your professional experience and incl. special tariff and over-tariff payments 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions A dedicated workplace, modern and ergonomically furnished An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
