Construction Manager / Project Manager (m/w/d) Civil Engineering

Our client is a successful and innovative civil engineering company for decades. For the principal contractors, the family-run medium-sized company implements regional projects in road, earth, duct and pipeline construction competent, partnership and sustainable.

To strengthen the dedicated team in the Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis, we are looking for an experienced and motivated project manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time. They independently control and organize the construction measures in civil and road construction, monitor the progress of construction and control the results of construction sites. They are responsible for the public and private clients and are contact persons for all involved in the project. They coordinate the operations of personnel and subcontractors and monitor compliance with quality, dates and costs. They calculate construction services and are responsible for the follow-up management. You create dimensions, take over the necessary work costing as well as the creation of smaller offers.

You have completed a degree in civil engineering with a focus on civil engineering or training as a construction technician (m/w/d). They bring experience in managing challenging civil engineering projects and direct customer support. They are a reliable team player, have communication and negotiation skills, can motivate people and enforce their goals. They think in solutions, have “Drive” and a high demand for themselves, want to take responsibility and at the same time have fun at work. You have already worked with a billing and costing program (ideally BRZ) and are safe to use with MS Office.
