What you're gonna do. You accompany our customers as a central contact person after conclusion of the contract.

You are responsible for customer support after conclusion of the contract – from onboarding to acceptance of the installed system As a central contact person, you proactively accompany our customers through the installation and conveying process You coordinate appointments and procedures with our craft partners (HWP) and make sure that agreements are complied with Together with our conveyor service, you control the conveyor processing (BAFA/KfW) and ensure complete and timely documents You recognize risks and delays and communicate them proactively internally and externally You care about customer data, project status and communication in CRM and ERP systems You bring customer feedback into the team in a structured manner and anticipate the continuous improvement of our processes

You have experience in customer management, customer success or project coordination – ideally in the B2C environment with products that are in need of explanation or longer project durations You communicate clearly, empathically and binding, even if projects do not run as planned You work independently and structured and keep track of multiple parallel projects You are interested in energy efficiency, heat pumps and solar systems. Technical deep knowledge is not required, but a basic understanding helps you in everyday work You're sure to work with digital tools and run new systems quickly. Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus You communicate fluently in German in word and writing; English skills are welcome You're pragmatic about topics, knowing problems and working actively on solutions
