On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced building manager (m/w/d), who not only accompanies demanding construction projects, but actively contributes and successfully completes them.

Do you have experience in deep, special depth or engineering and feel at home in particular in construction pits, wall works or reinforced concrete constructions? Then you will find a responsible position with technically demanding projects, short decision-making paths and a lot of design space. Financially, the task can also be extremely attractive through profit sharing.

Our client is an established and growth-oriented construction company that implements sophisticated construction projects with a high technical requirement. A person who takes responsibility, keeps an overview and, together with the project team, ensures a smooth construction process.

Bauleiter (m/w/d) aus dem Hoch- und Industriebau are also very interesting if there is a well-founded experience in reinforced concrete construction.

Independently responsible technical and organizational handling of construction projects Coordination and control of the construction sites, subcontractors and participating organisations Monitoring of quality, dates, costs and occupational safety Work preparation and support in the planning and implementation of the construction processes Coordination with contracting entities, planners, subcontractors and other project participants Dimensions, billing and follow-up management as well as documentation of progress

Completed studies in civil engineering, further training to the technician/master or a comparable qualification Professional experience in construction, ideally in civil engineering, special construction or engineering Finded practical knowledge in at least one of the areas of construction pits, pile walls or reinforced concrete Secure understanding of technical construction processes and the coordination of various structures Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and communication and enforcement strength
