Performance Controller / BI Specialist in transport contract and quality management (m/f/d)

Continuous analysis of quality, performance and safety indicators to ensure high operational standards Safe interpretation of operational key figures as well as sound commenting of target achievements or deviations in railway operations Conception, creation and continuous development of dynamic dashboards in Qlik Sense Building, optimizing and maintaining robust ETL processes for cross-system data integration Validation and harmonisation of specific data sources (in particular IVU.rail and IVU.control, passenger counting systems and service provider reports) and the structured configuration and maintenance of master data Preparation and execution of regular performance workshops with the power lines directly on site Definition of operational objectives with network managers as well as continuous maintenance and commenting on optimization measures

Successfully completed studies in business informatics, BWL or traffic management with a focus on controlling/IT, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in operational controlling, business intelligence or data-driven performance management – ideally in the railway company, SPNV/ÖPNV environment or logistics Very good user and developer knowledge in Qlik Sense (including data modelling and set analysis). Ideally, first experience with the systems IVU.rail and IVU.control as well as with automatic passenger counting systems (AFZS) Funded knowledge in building ETL streams and dealing with relational databases (SQL) for consolidating internal and external data Strong understanding of operational performance indicators (KPIs) and deviation analyses in the transport sector Very good moderation and presentation skills Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work readiness for regular visits to our network and external stakeholders
