You take over the project management for the topics defined in the personnel area from preparation, planning, implementation and project controlling You are responsible for the design and implementation of compensation models and other projects with regulatory requirements You analyse, design and develop personal processes and shape a positive employee experience under the focus of digital solutions You are central contact persons for the personnel management systems used in the personnel sector You act independently in changing processes and in bank-wide projects (e.g. digitalization and AI use) and in carrying out special tasks with

Successfully completed economic studies Qualification for project and/or process manager desirable Experience in personnel work and ideally basic knowledge in banking Very good knowledge in handling the MS Office package Fun on digital topics and pleasure in process optimization Joy in collegial, open and result-oriented cooperation in the team Organizational talent and a structured, solution-oriented and trusted way of working
