Technical advice from customers, traders, planners and trading partners for all in-house building materials, system solutions and system products Practical product training and demonstrations on construction sites for processors, planners and also their own sales staff. support for all technical customer requests as well as independent preparation of recommendations for execution and rehabilitation; Project support for ongoing construction projects, if requested Support for sales through practical expertise and support for customer appointments Accompanying quality management to ensure the respective product quality of the system products Definition and documentation of necessary initial tests / composite tests for subsequent quality control Documentation of experimental results and cooperation in product development Analysis and processing of technical complaints including damage diagnosis Conducting seminars, workshops and trade fair events
