You take over the project management for extensive, mostly international business projects in the EMEA area. As part of the project management, you are responsible for all tasks relating to the initiation, project planning and organisation, as well as the appointment and target achievement You are also responsible for managing the project environment, communication, and decision and change management across several global departments As part of the continuous improvement, you also act as a moderator:in and coach in the design or optimization of business processes, - from conception to implementation management Within the department, you will support the further expansion of internal coaching and training opportunities related to Project Management The further development and continuous digitization of the Arthrex Project Management Framework together with your team also belongs to your tasks

You have completed university studies, as far as possible in the fields of business management, economic engineering or a comparable university degree They bring several years of professional experience in project management or consulting/in-house consulting, in particular in the management of international business projects In new topics and complex situations you will find yourself quickly, work independently and are able to create a productive working environment with people of different functions and levels They are used to work independently and conceptually, to present visually comprehensible, even in English at a higher level and had the opportunity to gather know-how They have very good knowledge of common project management methods and tools such as Jira or Workfront, as well as business intelligence tools such as PowerBI.
