Quality Laboratory Assistant (m/d) Duration: 1 year Each flock counts - with your attention to detail, our quality remains on top level.

Test planning and testing Maintenance, updating and tracking of test persons are part of your task as well as the processing of pending or blocked lots You also coordinate internal and external tests (e.g. ring trials) Durability & barriers The administrative processing of MHD extensions including documentation and releases is your responsibility Measures on quality deviations are maintained and tracked by you, in close coordination with laboratory, warehouse and quality assurance Pattern and Zero Pattern Management You organize patterns, set zero and reference patterns and secure a complete, comprehensible documentation Documents & reports The creation and updating of test logs and work instructions, as well as the reporting on test and blockages and deadlines are within your task For a structured digital and physical documentation, you reliably Material & service provider control External analyses and required auxiliary materials are ordered and coordinated by you, including coordination with external service providers Systems & master data The quality-relevant maintenance of test parameters and master data in SAP ERP as well as in Microsoft applications takes place with great care Quality & Safety For internal audits and GMP visits, you support administratively and take over the organization as well as logging of compulsory training and instruction

You have a Bachelor degree in Ecotrophology, Food Technology or a comparable discipline, or a commercial/technical training with experience in laboratory administration or quality assurance You are sure to go with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and SharePoint SAP knowledge, ideally in the SAP QM module, will bring you A basic understanding of QS/QM processes (e.g. HACCP, GMP) as well as interest in simple labor-related activities characterize you Your very careful and structured way of working ensures that you always keep an overview, especially in the case of documentation and time tracking You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing and can also communicate in good English Self-employment, reliability and a structured way of working are of course for you You bring flexibility, resilience and team skills and work efficiently in the team Your analytical thinking and pragmatic approach help you master challenges in a solution-oriented manner
