You will start regular reports, evaluations and analyses on topics such as staff inventory, personnel costs, fluctuation, sick status and more. You are developing our key figures system and optimizing existing reporting structures for even better decision-making. You support personnel planning, budgeting and forecasting – together with HR and central controlling. You prepare data professionally for bodies, management and external partners – for example for statistics or benchmarking. You bring your know-how into automation projects and help to make processes more efficient. You are the contact person for executives and HR colleagues with questions about personal economic indicators.
A completed study in business, controlling, personnel management or a comparable qualification. Experience in personal or HR controlling, ideally in healthcare or corporate environment. Very good Excel knowledge and experience with BI tools. Experience in handling HR systems – SAP is a plus. An analytical thinking, a high number affinity and the need to do work at the highest level. Communication strength, team spirit and an independent way of working.
