Operational and professional management of defined departments First contact:in for the customer for operational topics Monitoring the productivity of individual departments – ALEAs, KANBAN, PUSH, MRFs, MDQs, MSP, NCRs Compliance and presentation of performance indicators (productivity, profitability and QHSE) Creating Reportings and SAP Evaluations (GSI) in close cooperation with LEAN Engineering Control meetings with team management, customers and location management personnel deployment and capacity planning (up to 100 people) Implementation of training and instruction Management responsibility of the inventory management team Implementation of measures for continuous improvement (SEED) Project management in close cooperation with the customer/ DACH region Participation in international meetings (both online and on-site) Interface to the Works Council for all operational matters of the respective departments

Completed studies in the field of logistics/economy or comparable Multiannual professional experience in comparable professions, in particular experience with all the tasks listed above Proofing multi-year leadership experience – both professional and disciplinary Multiannual experience in the evaluation and production of KPIs, focus on production logistics/ situation management Secure handling of MS Office (in Excel) and excellent SAP (GSI) knowledge Minimum requirement German and English Desirable experience in manufacturing plants (e.g. automotive, aircraft industry, machine manufacturing, etc.) readiness to overtime/saturday work Leading through role model Gerne with military background

The intended salary for this position is at least € 3,000,- brutto, 14 times a year. An overpayment is expressly provided after a given qualification and prior experience.
