For our construction sites we are looking for a dedicated building management personality that leads to success with expertise, team spirit and passion projects. Your role – more than just building management As a construction manager:in (m/w/d) im Stahlbrückenbau you are a central key figure of our projects. You keep all the strings together, meet local decisions and, together with your team, make sure that planning becomes a reality. Your tasks – take responsibility & drive projects Coordination and monitoring of construction work at our construction sites Construction and assembly line for demanding projects in steel bridge construction Organization and use of personnel, equipment and material Technical management and instruction, support and leadership of the construction agency team Implementation and control of work and environmental measures Central interface function between contracting entities, building supervision and, where appropriate, Authorities

Your profile – professionally strong & humanly convincing Studying a technical field, adequate technical training or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Independent, independent and reliable operation Good organizational skills and enforcement Respectful, supportive leadership with work at eye level Very good knowledge of German, foreign languages are of advantage Ready to use in Germany and abroad Class B driving licence
