As a production manager at the Niedernhall plant, you take responsibility for a successful PCB production, perform your team with commitment and ensure quality, costs and appointments. You drive improvements ahead and actively shape the future of the production area together with the management. In doing so, we are aimed at dedicated junior executives who want to grow into the role of a structured mentoring program as well as experienced production lines that already bring the necessary expertise. Focus: Responsibility for the smooth operation of PCB production in compliance with quality, cost and time requirements Leading responsibility: leadership, motivation and further development of employees in production Keep an overview: control and optimization of production processes and continuous improvement of efficiency and productivity Operational control: Ensuring compliance with working safety, environmental and quality standards Prospectively act: step by step takeover of the overall responsibility for the production sector within the framework of a structured mentoring and incorporation concept Building a network: Close cooperation with the management and the management team and significant coordination of corporate development

Basics: Complete technical studies or comparable technical training with further qualification Knowledge: Multiannual professional experience in the production environment, ideally in electronics, circuit boards or series production Strengths: Analytical Thinking Power and Interest in Process Optimization and Modern Production Passion: Experience in motivating, sovereign and trusting leadership as well as the development of employees, also in change management Communication: Communicatively convincing personality with empathy and team spirit as well as very good German and good English skills
