As a Specialist Disposition (m/w/d), the MRP team supports in achieving predefined goals. This ensures that the supervised area of responsibility is handled effectively, taking into account quality, costs and time. In addition, the body contributes to achieving optimal customer service (internal and external, NPS) by aligning work instructions and processes accordingly.

What awaits you

• Support: Working with and supporting the team members in day-to-day business to achieve the specified goals and ensure effective workflow

• Overview: Control, forecast and ensure stocks for all Telefónica Deutschland distribution channels to meet the targets for quality, cost and time

• Supply of goods: Replenishment support and cooperation to ensure efficient supply of goods at POS and optimize service quality

• Stakeholder Management: Coordination for problems with new and existing interfaces (interface monitoring SAP) to ensure smooth communication and process optimization

• Project management: support and monitoring of new and ongoing projects, including the regular revision and optimization of workflows to promote continuous improvement of processes and achievement of goals

What you bring

• Completed #commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in #Disposition or #Supply Chain Management is advantageous
• User knowledge of #SAP and #MS Office (especially #Excel)
• Very good #German
