Number: MER00042X0 PT/TE (IT Infrastructure & Operations) provides scalable, secure IT infrastructure solutions and innovative solutions for the digital workplace. The work area includes cooperation with our internal business partners as well as external service providers & partners in the Microsoft M365 Communication (telephony and contact center) sector, in particular with a strong focus on market monitoring of new technologies and functions. This includes regular exchange of information and coordination with all relevant internal stakeholders and market providers. These challenges come to you: Working with M365 Communication projects

Support in the migration of telephony and contact center solutions

Recording and tuning of customer requirements

Support in creating documentation and performance descriptions

Analysis and processing of customer requests and new requirements

Participation in tests and feasibility tests

Support in the preparation of presentations and decision documents

Cooperation with internal teams and external service providers

Working in test and release management

Creation of monthly reports and evaluations

The activity can begin from August 2026.
