As a CNC grinder (m/w/d) (Metal skilled worker, machining mechanic, tool mechanic, precision mechanics (all m/w/d)) in the area of gear grinding, you process orders using drawings, work plans and gear data sheets and find the relevant information for production. The production of pinions, pinion shafts and wheel shafts is one of your tasks as well as the selection of clamping means, the setting of measuring devices as well as the maintenance and archiving of tool and process data. Tool data and machining programs read, determine reference points, check cutting conditions and optimize the machining processes for precise production. In agreement with the Head of Division, you create process and tension specifications, assess wear patterns of ground teeth and decide on possible reworking. They take responsibility for the machine and the workplace and carry out material transport with industrial trucks or cranes independently.

You can bring a completed training as a metal specialist (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d) or grinder (m/w/d). Experience at Pfauter gear grinding machines is advantageous. The readiness for 3-shift work is present. Professional experience in individual parts production would be desirable. You are familiar with the handling of Siemens 840D pl/sl controllers. Technical understanding of conventional lathes is one of your skills. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing team skills, reliability and care.
