In our Department of Labour Policy Blue Collar and Flexibility Management at the Sindelfingen site, we are dealing with the strategic and regulatory framework of industrial relations with a particular focus on our production sites and their Blue‐Collar staff. Your tasks: Working on diverse labour policy issues in the context of production and Blue‐Collar Legislation
Participation in exciting projects along with the teammates and other interfaces also beyond the HR area
Analysis of co-determination-relevant issues (e.g. operating constitution, flexibilisation, personnel deployment models)
Support in the preparation, structuring and follow-up of bodies, voting and decision-making documents
Creation of management documents, presentations and decision bases
Close cooperation with operational departments as well as other HR departments
The activity can begin from May 2026.
Study of law, economics, social sciences or comparable degree course, ideally related to labour law, human resources or industrial relations
Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
