The Information Systems department operates the application systems for university administration as well as the library services of kiz and develops or implements IT applications within the framework of projects. Development and implementation of a high-level strategy for electronic testing including specialist, operational and integration concepts Project management and overall coordination of the introduction, piloting and further development of electronic audits Conception and digitization of audit processes taking into account legal, data protection and organisational requirements Control and coordination with all relevant stakeholders from teaching and administration Total responsibility for the technical implementation of tests in PC-Pools, with university testing equipment and in the BYOD scenario Construction, operation and further development of a central e-examination platform including integration into the existing system landscape Conception and implementation of complex interfaces (e.g. CMS–LMS, music transfer, e-test file) Planning, implementation and quality assurance of tests, pilot phases and analysis and correcting technical problems

Completed academic degree (university diploma or master) in the field of (media) informatics or a comparable qualification in-depth knowledge in the operation and development of web systems (e.g. PHP, REST, JSON); Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) Detailed knowledge in the analysis, process modeling and digitization of business and administration processes Knowledge of the design and implementation of IT architectures, interfaces and system integrations Representative communication, coordination and organisational skills Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and high analytical competence Very good German and good English skills In-depth knowledge in the operation and the further development of learning management and testing systems (e.g. Moodle)
