Senior Product Owner Workday (m/w/d)

In this exciting role, you take over the expertly-competent management of the international workday implementation and actively shape OBI's global HR system landscape as Product Owner. Current challenges include the smooth implementation of new modules, the harmonisation of international HR processes and the continuous development of our digital HR solutions. Trends such as increasing digitalization and internationalisation of HR work shape our dynamic environment.

Implementation Management: Competent Management of International Workday Implementation as Leading HRIS (Provider Selection, Project Plans, Module Interdependenzen, Roll-Outs, etc.) Product Ownership: Responsibility as a Product Owner for the operation and continuous development of the global HR system landscape, including future module and software implementations, as well as sustainable establishment throughout the company Responsibility: Control of our modules Leads and Workday Support functions, as well as collaboration with cross-functional HR teams Process Harmonization: Introduction and Harmonization of (Digital) International HR Processes and Solutions in Workday Stakeholder Management: Internal link to IT and our external implementation partners, as well as support in system-relevant negotiations with employee representatives Customer centering: recording and analysis of requirements of HR departments and other relevant stakeholders, and translation of these into technical requirements for the system

Professional experience: More than 5 years of professional experience in HR, HCM, Employee Lifecycle Management, ideally in the configuration of Workday modules Project management: Multiannual experience in managing workday implementation projects, ideally as consultant:in and as (skilled) lead in the company Workday knowledge: depth and comprehensive knowledge of the Workday platform and the different modules HR Process Understanding: HR Process Understanding along the Employee Lifecycle to identify and implement best practices Digital affinity: experience in managing digital projects, and digital tools Language: German and English skills (C1) absolutely necessary
