In this position, you take on your own responsibility the consolidation and collection of business incidents in the creditor sector (booking of worldwide input invoices, property cost refund / billing and credit card billing). You'll take care of your accounts as well as clarification and process incoming reminders. You manage the weekly payments and actively promote the development of existing processes. You actively support our migration to SAP S/4HANA. You work with monthly and annual accounts. You are in close coordination with internal departments and external partners.

Completed commercial training and at least three to five years of professional experience in the field of credit accounting. Knowledge in electronic invoice processing and corresponding ERP systems (ideally Navision or SAP) as well as safe handling of MS Office programs (Word and Excel). Own-sponsored as well as structured operation with focus on accuracy and attention in detail. Ideally knowledge of tax and financial issues. Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
