Intern Idea Management in Düsseldorf (m/f/d)

Praktikant During your internship, you work independently on the pre-checking, processing and thorough documentation of employee ideas from all departments. You are in close contact with reviewers: inside and acting as an interface for both sides. At the monthly advisory committee meetings, you will present ideas that you will prepare together with the team. You work with the development of our ideas management tool, share your optimization approaches with your team and take care of the process with you. You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You have a high level of communication strength and creativity as well as absolute care and reliability. You have great fun in organizational and administrative activities. You have first knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You speak fluent German.
