For our location in Oberhausen, we are looking to support our team ''Oberhausen Expo'', OBEX, 2 Duty Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks include:

• to offer guests an extraordinary experience during their stay
• Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (m/w/d)
• Coordination of daily operation
• Ensuring employee productivity
• Monitoring the efficiency of all processes

That's what you bring

• A completed training as a businesswoman or at least. 2 years of professional experience in the operational event area
• Experience in customer care and strong supervisory and management skills
• Self-employment, reliability and self-initiative
• High level of service orientation
• Hands-On mentality
• Working on weekends or in the evening hours doesn't matter to you – and time you are flexible
• You burn to have a positive impact on your fellow human beings, both on guests and your employees.
• Feel comfortable in a team and see your strengths in communication
• You're talkin' German
