Support of production areas for operational problems and deviations.
Analysis of losses and disturbances together with operators.
Implementation of organised improvement measures (Lean / CI).
Moderation of simple workshop formats.
Accompanying improvement projects from idea to implementation.
Creating templates and tools to support work processes.
Complete studies in engineering or a qualification as master or master Technicians
Multiannual practical experience in production, ideally with basic knowledge in relevant production characteristics (e.g. OEE, Output)
German language skills and basic English skills
