To strengthen our Manufacturing Excellence team, we are now looking for a project engineer (gn).

Support of production areas for operational problems and deviations.

Analysis of losses and disturbances together with operators.

Implementation of organised improvement measures (Lean / CI).

Moderation of simple workshop formats.

Accompanying improvement projects from idea to implementation.

Creating templates and tools to support work processes.

Complete studies in engineering or a qualification as master or master Technicians

Multiannual practical experience in production, ideally with basic knowledge in relevant production characteristics (e.g. OEE, Output)

German language skills and basic English skills

Ideal knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement

Experiences with problem-solving methods (e.g. 5 Why, A3, simple root Cause analyses)
