Create teamwork: you guide and promote your team with empathy and clarity. Control processes: You ensure a smooth production flow – in close coordination with relevant interfaces. Ensure services: You monitor dates and quality objectives and, if necessary, initiate measures to optimize them. People develop: You take on the incorporation of cross-comers:inside and accompany your team through continuous training and coaching. Responsibility: You are constantly developing your team – professional, human and organizational.

Completed training as a textile fashion cutter (w/m/d) or textile and fashion approach (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification. Founded professional experience in the relevant field, ideally in the production. First to multi-year leadership experience – knowledge of the leadership of intercultural teams is an advantage. Ready to work in the two- or three-layer system.
