Become an IT Service Manager Region West (w/m/d) for the Team Service Management Region West of Asklepios Service IT GmbH for our locations in Lich, Bad Salzhausen and Selingenstadt in full time and indefinitely. You are the IT interface between all stakeholders in our clinics and MVZs (management / stakeholders) and our IT departments as well as other internal and external service providers. We are pioneers in establishing our clinics modernly and digitally for the future. You are the IT coordinator:in, -Berater:in and -Talk partner:in for all digitalization and IT project topics of our customers. We like to talk, laugh a lot, exchange ourselves, pack together - and celebrate our successes: whether in internal meetings or on festivals & team events. You would fit us well if: You like to work with people and are a friend of active communication and live the service thoughts. Your outstanding communication skills - with good to very good knowledge of the German language - verbally and in writing. You are looking for the challenge of convincing decision-makers: in clinics through your negotiation skills and sovereignty. You have first experience in IT Service Management, ideally in the application of ITIL processes. You have an IT training, project experience and/or experience in the healthcare industry and/or good knowledge in the field of network technology. You like working in the team, being reliable and being able to organize yourself well. You want us to drive the digitalization of the healthcare industry forward.
