Farmer, accountant or the like Teamleiter Finance (m/d) New | Full time Everything in mind: You are putting the proper financial accounting according to HGB – incl. Budget planning, forecasting, liquidity management, cash flow optimization and cost accounting etc. – safe and manage and monitor accounting and controlling processes. Your world is the figures: you create monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and submit the periodic sales tax, commercial tax and corporate tax returns. You take it precisely: You provide timely and accurate reporting of actual numbers and quarterly forecasts as well as correct target-actual comparisons, deviation analyses. It is always better: you communicate the results to local management and make recommendations for optimization. You also coordinate the annual audits and contacts for local auditors – so everyone knows what to do. Always an open ear: You are the local advocate for the digitization and automation of financial processes and the continuous improvement of the already implemented SAP solution. Tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities are also right for you. Their expertise complements the existing team perfectly.

Complete study of economics or comparable qualifications Continuing training as balance sheet holder Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting Professional experience in the industrial region as well as in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Experience in the field of annual financial statements by HRB Safe English and good German knowledge in word and writing Secure handling of SAP and MS Office Embossed analytical thinking Problem solution orientation and hands-on mentality Enthusiast to move something and good communicative skills
