Your duties

• Safe handling of the NC control, start and monitor Processing and implementation of process-oriented testing and Adjustment
• Process control with respect to relevant parameters
• Self-balancing of micro disturbances and initiation necessary repair measures on machinery and equipment taking into account the TPM (total production management) Directive
• Pre- and post-processing work such as setting up the machine as well as the brushing of the clamping tools
• Construction and calibration of tools as well as positioning and providing the components on the system
• Upgrading and alignment of components and materials, and maintenance of the computer system and complete documentation of the Working steps
• exchange of information from upstream and downstream work areas for process optimization.

Our requirements

• A completed training as a lathe, machining mechanics, precision mechanics or toolmakers
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing/production
• Experience with the Sinumerik control of advantage
• The ability to integrate into a group and together Tasks to solve
