Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers in the semiconductor industry (Semiconductor) at all relevant decision levels Analysis of customer needs and development of a deep understanding of production processes and technology trends Development and implementation of sustainable account strategies according to the business objectives in the field of electronics & special gases Ensuring and expanding existing sales and active new customer acquisition Negotiation, conclusion and adaptation of supply and framework contracts Responsibility for controlling customer-related projects (e.g. gas supply systems, special gases, process optimization) Structure of a structured distribution pipeline in relevant segments (e.g. semiconductor manufacturing, equipment manufacturers, suppliers) Close cooperation with international teams to coordinate global customer strategies
