Community Management: Supporting our talent community, including through the independent introduction of appropriate learning impulses

Talent management: collaboration in the talent selection process and the general talent development

Event management: organisation of events for the talent community and for our further development programs in close cooperation with the product/process experts for talent management & learning

Product development: cooperation and independent takeover of tasks for the further development of our talent journey and existing personnel development products

Process coordination: coordination and organisation of diagnostic selection processes (e.g. audits) in close coordination with external consultants and HR Business partners

You are a team player who achieves success together with joy in working and a clear goal. You will also recognize yourself in the following points: Qualifications: Studies in Economics/BWL, Psychology or Similar, with the focus on Human Resources

Professional experience: Ideally, first professional experience in human resources, best possible in personnel development

Working methods: Embossed initiative, organisational skills and independent working methods

This distinguishes you: Open, communicative way and a good understanding

Personal Motivation & Reliability: Teamability, Conscientiousness and intrinsic Motivation

Specific expertise: Good MS Office skills (MS Teams, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills
