You focus on the identification and individual processing of suspected damages and operations up to the termination of the case in the loss of power, property or liability (SHK) You independently tax investigation measures and accompany civil law processes You strengthen our anti-fraud by the professional support of the damages officers in the recognition of suspected damages You develop, write and communicate best practice cases in the fight against fraud and thus ensure a continuous improvement process You negotiate with our insurance companies, claimants and other parties in case of damage

You are a full lawyer, merchantwife for insurance and finance, insurance professionalwife or have a comparable training You have a multiannual professional experience in the SHK Damage Treatment and ideally have first experience in the processing of suspected damages You have an affinity for identifying and clarifying fraud cases as well as creativity in case assessment regarding plausibility to the described facts and damage picture You are passionate about structured and problem-solving damage management and you like to go to the ground You convince with an independent, proactive and responsible working style as well as good analytical and conceptual skills You bring a high customer orientation, communication strength and loadability You have a strong level of negotiation skills, conflictability and enforcement strength – your quality awareness and decision-making are above average high
