This makes the job interesting for me: In this position, I can contribute my experience from the construction industry, my organizational ability, and my result-oriented and strategic thinking and working methods for the electricity grid of the future. I accept the overall responsibility for all project contents and the construction of a project organization consisting of corresponding subprojects for the operational control of the construction sites of the SuedOstLink+ or NordOstLink. This includes the independent management and professional-strategic control of the team, the associated contractors as well as the up to 50 internal and external project participants and 500+ persons construction site personnel. My tasks: Responsibility for all project contents for the preparation and operational control of the construction sites, primarily as a linear cross-section construction and special construction (e.g. development and securing of the construction sites, assembly, installation, construction concepts, compliance with HSE and quality specifications as well as approval and execution planning, procurement of service support), Project planning from the first activities on site to final assembly control with the aim of the time- and quality-oriented execution incl. the development of strategies for project implementation, identifying and detecting acceleration potentials and measures for risk assessment and mitigation as well as budget and scheduling; building a project organization consisting of several teams, Creation and optimisation of detailed construction processes and operational planning as well as prioritization of activities based on the control schedule, early identification of potential disturbances and their elimination to avoid construction stops and structural disabilities (Claim avoidance/reduction).

Successfully completed Master's or Diploma in Civil Engineering – Study Direction Construction Management or Industrial Engineering with Focus Construction or equivalent, Insufficient professional experience in the planning and operational construction site control of large infrastructure projects with great local expansion and high investment volumes, experience in leading large teams, Versified handling of MS Office and basic knowledge of project management tools, driving permit as well as the willingness to work in the construction site office in the area of Schwerin and on the construction sites (on average on four days per week), Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1).
