You are responsible for the care of all types of ships in the tram and project area of our clearing agency and coordinate the clearing and charging operations In your function you are contact for shippers, charterers, terminals and ships as well as port authorities You are in the port of Bremerhaven several times a week and enter the ships directly on site You take over the costing and billing of port costs using our own software You accept ISPS registrations and coordinate service providers and visitors at the terminal You are responsible for the organization of supplies and supplies, among other things, for repairs as well as incubations. The care of the crew and shipping staff is your responsibility

You have a completed commercial training in the field of shipping or shipping Industry knowledge of sea shipping and clarification experiences are advantageous You are willing to do weekend work in a regulated framework and occasionally take on call for night shifts Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages are also of advantage driving licence class B You work independently and responsibly
