Your tasks: You are responsible for regular maintenance and maintenance of the high-performance rail grinding machine (HSM) according to the guidelines Here you take over the professional leadership of the employees The fault analysis and repair of damage to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic machine components are your tasks You set up regular monitoring of the machine condition and initiates measures in case of deviations from the desired condition The technical instruction and guidance of your employees for safe use of vehicles is your responsibility You coordinate the workflows of the construction machines with the respective construction manager including regular documentation of the construction process

Your profile: You have a completed training in the industrial and technical field (e.g. as a track builder, mechatronic, electronic, industrial mechanic, etc.) or you have a comparable qualification and are ready to go through the master training In addition, you bring the willingness to acquire the driving licence - you will receive all necessary trainings via us You have several years of professional experience in the operation / maintenance of large-scale construction machines First experiences in managing employees are advantageous You bring a class B driver's license as well as a driver's license or are ready to purchase it Federal-wide job change, shiftwork and outdoor work are not a problem for you Basic knowledge of English complete your profile You don't mind being in use on Sundays and holidays
