Place of work: A fixed-term use of 12-18 months in Ravensburg is provided for the incorporation, and the permanent change to the Saarlouis site is subsequently made. We rely on you: You process IT enquiries and service enquiries in 1st and 2nd level support and ensure sustainable solutions As a competent contact person, You support our employees through various support channels and ensure smooth IT operation You take over the structured documentation of faults, solutions and technical information in our ITSM system as well as in the Knowledge Base In close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers, You coordinate the processing of complex requirements and ensure targeted escalation You support the operation and further development of IT infrastructure with a focus on network, server and virtualization technologies You accompany infrastructure and rollout projects from preparation to successful technical commissioning For professional operation in the user environment, you maintain the entire lifecycle of clients and terminals You also support the operation of media technology, printing and video conferencing solutions You recognize optimization potentials early and actively contribute your own ideas to the further development of our IT services You create and maintain technical documentation, user information and training documents with the necessary care and quality

How to complete our team: With your successfully completed training as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification professional experience in user support, IT service management or IT infrastructure operation With your safe handling of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory as well as current client and workplace technologies With your flexibility to quickly change between the different technical areas and requirements of Vetter employees With your technical understanding paired with analytical thinking and a structured approach in error diagnosis With your high service orientation and pleasure in helping users competently and solution-oriented With your communication strength as well as the ability to understand complex technical connections With your team spirit, initiative and motivation to develop processes and services actively With your good English skills in word and writing With your good knowledge of German (min. B2-Level) so that you can document your work optimally and communicate with everyone in the team.
