Referent*in Resilience Management - BCM & Crisis Management (m/d)

In these tasks you put your energy Business Continuity Management: You will continue and develop our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) according to ISO 22301 to sustainably strengthen our Group's resilience. You plan and accompany business impact analyses (BIA), evaluate critical business processes and develop emergency, business continuity and restart concepts together with the specialist areas. In addition, you plan, organize and accompany BCM tests, emergency exercises and audits, conduct improvements and follow their implementation. Crisis Management: You will continue and develop our crisis management organisation, advise crisis manual, alarming and escalation structures, and ensure their topicality. In addition, you design and coordinate crisis rod exercises and scenario trainings, evaluate them and support the crisis team in event or crisis cases professionally and organizationally. In this case, you are responsible for suitable work, information and documentation structures and work closely with internal and external interfaces such as departments, authorities and local authorities. Energy management: You support the maintenance and further development of our energy management system according to ISO 50001, among other things by supporting improvement measures, collecting and plausibility of consumption data and maintaining the energy management manual. In addition, you will participate in audits.

That's what you bring Qualification: You have a completed master's degree, preferably in the fields of security management, risk and crisis management, economic, engineering or administrative sciences. Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience or well-founded knowledge in business continuity management, crisis management, emergency management, or in comparable fields of responsibility and know the relevant standards and regulations. Ideally, you will also bring knowledge of the special requirements for operators of critical infrastructures. Personal conditions: You are convinced by pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, a high level of organisational capacity and an independent, structured and binding way of working. Even in exceptional and time-critical situations, you will be sure to take up and keep an overview. Communication strength, team capacity, sense of responsibility and reliability are the same as the ability to work together safely with different disciplines and hierarchical levels. Driving licence and flexibility: You have a class B driver's license and are ready to participate in the event or crisis, if necessary, outside the usual working hours.
