Discipline and professional leadership of employees in the sales management team Strategic and operational development of sales incl. Market monitoring & development of market position in the private customer segment and the development of new business areas Responsibility for products, services and continuous optimization as well as further development of sales business processes Management of sales and distribution channels as well as support for joint and sales partners Expansion of sales performance including independent development, implementation of sustainable customer campaigns as well as contract managers Participation in operational and strategic project management & Compilation of annual sales planning

Complete training as a banker, supplemented by a further training to the banker or a comparable qualification desired Experience in strategic sales work in the banking environment and knowledge in customer segmentation First leadership experience in a sales-oriented and customer-oriented position desirable Analytical understanding and fun in the development and support of distributive concepts Affinity for digital working combined with a communicative, team-oriented personality
