As part of the legal team, you support in all legal matters of the company with a focus on real estate law, corporate law, labor law, data protection, regulatory as well as other areas of law and legal operations Implement policies and procedures to ensure legal best practices across the company and its over 20 subsidiaries Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Lead risk management initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks Provide legal support in labor and employment matters, ensuring alignment with the company's policies Manage relationships with external law firms, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality legal support Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including commercial, partnership, employee and vendor Learn through osmosis and interact cross--ly to educate and train teams on legal and regulatory requirements Keep the company up-to-date on changing laws, regulations, and industry standards
2+ years of legal experience within an international and fast paced context, ideally in both law firm and in-house counsel settings German Second State Exam and ideally admission to the bar Perfectly fluent in English and German (written and spoken) Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes in high-stakes situation Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in working autonomously and leading legal strategies with limited oversight Driven, high agency and relentlessly resourceful
