Insurance and Finance Clerk - Claims Processing (m/f/d)

During service hours, you will ensure the availability of the telephone and process simple and standardized damages independently. Our policyholders and claimants actively and service-oriented and ensure reliable and prioritized communication. Your tasks also include the collection and testing of new damages, the initiation of further steps, as well as the assignment of experts according to defined requirements. You check damage assessments, cost estimates and invoices, prepare them for further processing and compare or complete billing letters and payment information. For the processing of damages, you work closely with internal interfaces, our contractual partners and the risk carrier and document all relevant information in our inventory management system. In doing so, you keep our SLA specifications, quality standards and defined processes and are always confidential with sensitive data.

You have a completed training to the merchant or as a merchant for insurance and financial investments. Ideally, you already had points of contact with the car damage management or could in this field gain professional experience. You can quickly and safely adjust yourself to different people and their concerns and create a trusting conversation atmosphere. With the necessary empathy you go to different situations and customer needs and keep a cool head even in hectic moments with serenity and humor. You work structured, carefully and reliably, and also with multiple damages and different priorities the overview. You are happy to work in the team and have the pleasure of taking care of the often emotional issues surrounding damage to the lovers' vehicles of our clientele.
