Total responsibility for an IT infrastructure team (16+ team members) Identification of fields of action and the further development of the location-related strategy in the field of infrastructure Close cooperation with other infrastructure teams, cloud and collaboration Ensuring proper performance Control of the agreed SLAs, KPIs and monitoring of the operation with regard to both monetary and functional parameters Control of employees in the provision of services Extension and acquisition of additional services or Detection of additional customer requirements and coordination with sales Processing of alerts Development of employees Budget responsibility Expansion of customer business

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, BWL or comparable training with relevant professional experience in a leading position Good technical understanding in Microsoft 365 and infrastructure environment as well as in datacenter-close areas Embossed analytical thinking, structured and systematic working Professional and sovereign appearance including moderation High enforcement leadership, based on convincing communication and pronounced social competence (ideally at least five years of disciplinary leadership experience) Strong target and result orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
