Senior Expert Flexibility Solutions (m/f/d)

In our new New Energy Solutions department, you have the chance to introduce your comprehensive expertise and wide-sightedness where it really counts: at the central challenges of the energy transition. Regulatorik & Markt: You are the central contact person: for regulatory and technical solutions in the flexibility market and keeps in mind new developments nationally and internationally. Products & Portfolio: You develop, optimize and market innovative flexibility products (e.g. Demand-Side-Flexibility, VPPs, V2G) and continuously expand our portfolio, taking into account technical, regulatory and economic requirements. Exciting solutions: In close cooperation with internal product teams, data analytics, energy trading as well as external partners, you design market-oriented and customer-centric solutions. Business Opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities and use cases to expand our access to existing and future flexibility markets. Partnerships & Network: You build cooperations and an active exchange of knowledge with other companies such as aggregators, network operators and start-ups in Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and develop them further.

You have a degree in the field of energy management, engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics or a comparable field of expertise. You bring well-founded experience in the area of flexibility markets, intelligent charging solutions, virtual power plants (VPP), demand-side flexibility and/or vehicle-to-Grid (V2G). You have a deep understanding of the economic, technical and regulatory requirements in the development and marketing of flexibility products. Thanks to your operational excellence and your understanding of technical interfaces between market, IT, data and operation, you can safely navigate through complex system landscapes. The spirit of innovation, self-initiative and a strong sense of new market opportunities are yours. You bring experience in successful cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and external partners (e.g. network operators, aggregators, start-ups) and are strong in communication at all levels. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
