In this leadership position, you lead a 20-strong team and control a challenging building and infrastructure portfolio. You are setting the right priorities, bringing all parties involved together and making an economic, timely implementation. With your strategic view, you actively shape the workshop infrastructure of tomorrow. You assume the overall strategic responsibility for a demanding building project portfolio and are responsible for the successful implementation of the projects – from planning to turnkey handover – taking into account dates, costs, quality and risks You set priorities within the portfolio, analyze interactions between the projects and guide well-founded decision bases and recommendations for effective portfolio management As a central contact person, you accompany and support project management and internal and external stakeholders, promote efficient cooperation and represent the interests of the projects towards management, authorities and other decision-makers You continuously develop future-oriented planning and construction processes, develop the use of digital methods – in particular BIM – and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements With a forward-looking look at resources and competencies, you create the conditions for sustainable project success and build resilient networks with authorities, associations and other partners and actively support them.
