You advise our specialist departments on all legal issues - focus on the subject of contract law You are researching and examining legal issues of all kinds, in particular in the fields of national and European contract law and competition law You accompany, advise and support in cross-disciplinary projects, analyse the assessment of the legal (project) risks and recommend the necessary risk management measures You create and negotiate contracts of all kinds, including letters and management templates in the field of national and international civil and economic law You follow legal developments and make sure that our contracts and AGB always meet the current legal requirements You support the processing of disputed disputes and judicial proceedings
