Rail Vehicle/Locomotive Troubleshooting Coordinator (m/f/d)

Disruption management: acceptance, evaluation and prioritization of technical fault messages on locomotives Immediate measures: Introduction and control of appropriate destructive measures Disposition: Coordination of workshops, mobile service teams and external service providers Vehicle availability: Ensuring the rapid recovery of the readiness of locomotives Interface management: Central coordination between operation, driving personnel, workshops and maintenance Documentation: Detection and tracking of disturbances in operation

Qualification: Technical Vocational Training, e.g. Mechatronics (m/w/d), Electronics (m/w/d), Industrial Mechanics (m/w/d) or Railways (m/w/d) in Business Service Experience: professional experience in the maintenance, disposition or technical environment of locomotives Expertise: Very good technical understanding of locomotives and rail vehicles as well as their technical relationships Working method: Structured, solution-oriented and fast decision-making capability even under time pressure Communication: Communication strength in the operational environment with many interfaces Readiness to call: willingness to participate in call-readiness in the decommissioning service
